CCYMN members are Canadian Catholic diocesan/eparchial youth ministry leaders who have been designated as such by their local bishops. The Executive is determined by CCYMN members and includes one representative from each region plus one representing Eastern Catholic Churches (i.e. eastern rite churches).

Terms & Definitions:
Dioceses and Archdioceses are ecclesiastical jurisdictions under the leadership of a Bishop or an Archbishop.
Eparchies and Archeparchies are ecclesiastical jurisdictions under the leadership of a Bishop or an Archbishop of an Eastern Catholic Church, also called Eparch or Archeparch.
The Military Ordinariate is the non-territorial diocese serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Regions are geographical designations that follow those of the Canadian bishops: West (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut); Ontario; Quebec; and Atlantic (Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island).
